Scope: Located on Wandearah Road in Port Pirie South Australia, the final Lifestyle Village consists of 91 units including 17 high dependency dwellings, a Community Centre, a Bowling Green and a Swimming Pool.
Construction Provided
Total Electrical Construction Pty Ltd was awarded the Civil and Electrical Construction Contracts for the Lifestyle Village.
Total Electrical Construction Pty Ltd provided 25,600 labour hours to complete the Civil Contract in just 8 months.
The Civil Construction Contract included the supply and installation of:
-Sewer line approximately 1.8 kilometres
-Water reticulation approximately 1.9 kilometres
-Fire main approximately 1.1 kilometres
-Common service trench approximately 1.9 kilometres
-Stormwater approximately 1.4 kilometres, inclusive of three separate under ground water storage units for an approximate volume of 1,070,000 litres of underground water storage.

-Sewer pumping main approximately 300 metres
-Stormwater pumping main approximately 500 metres
-Stormwater pumping station
-Sewer pumping station
-Downstream Defender (pollution entrapment system)
-500 tonne of Bitumen for Roads
-1980 metres of concrete curbing, and
-860 metres of perimeter fencing.

The Electrical Construction Contract included the supply and installation of:
-ETSA ring main
-Two Transformers
-Telstra conduits
-Street lighting
-Eight Main Switch Boards
-Inclusive of all cabling required for the 91 Units and associated services.
